How do I upgrade to TabGroup Vault Pro?

You can upgrade to Pro by visiting our pricing page and clicking "Buy Pro for $39". After purchase, you'll receive a license key via email that you can activate in the extension settings.

Does TabGroup Vault work with Brave or Edge?

Yes! TabGroup Vault works with any Chromium-based browser including Google Chrome, Brave, Microsoft Edge, and Vivaldi. Just install it from the Chrome Web Store.

What happens if Chrome crashes?

TabGroup Vault stores independent snapshots locally on your device, so you can restore your tab groups even after unexpected browser crashes or updates.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All snapshots are stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud backup (Pro feature), your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption.

Can I try Pro features before buying?

You can start with the free extension and save up to 10 snapshots. Pro is a one-time $39 purchase with a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can try the full workflow and get a refund if it is not a fit.

What happened to the free trial?

New free trials have been replaced by the 30-day money-back guarantee. If you already started a trial, it still works normally and you can cancel it from the extension settings before the charge date.

What is the refund policy?

Pro includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not a fit for your workflow, reply to your receipt email or contact hello@tabgroupvault.com within 30 days for a full refund.

How many devices can I use with Pro?

Your Pro license can be activated on up to 5 Chrome profiles across any number of devices. This includes different computers or multiple Chrome profiles on the same machine.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

The Free version limits you to 10 saved snapshots with basic restore functionality. Pro unlocks unlimited snapshots, bulk restore, multi-profile sync (up to 5 profiles), dark themes, and priority support with 24-hour response time.
